Inverkip Power Station - our west coast friend. An oil fired 1900MW station that was never run at full capacity. Opened in 1970, it was shut down in 1988 and has been mothballed ever since. It is sadly now being dismantled.

These photos cover my second visit. My first visit comprised of video documentation which I will make available soon. The video also covers the impressive 778ft chimney which was a tiring climb but very rewarding once the top was hit.
